By Command of the R.W. Provincial Grand Master, the Annual Meeting of Provincial Grand Lodge will be held in the Guildhall, Southampton, on WEDNESDAY 5 JULY 2000 at 2.45 p.m. and all members of Provincial Grand Lodge are hereby Summoned to attend.

Master Masons are invited to be present, but are not eligible to vote on any matter brought before the Provincial Grand Lodge. Brethren are requested to attend early and to be in their seats by 2.30.p.m.

Dark Morning Dress is to be worn and Grand and Provincial Grand Officers (and equivalent ranks) are to wear Full Dress Regalia. Gauntlets will NOT be worn.

Royal Arch Chapter jewels are to be worn, if appropriate.

A Luncheon will be provided at the Novotel, Southampton, at 12.30 p.m. at a cost of £18.00 inclusive. Applications for tickets, together with Masonic Rank and Lodge must be sent in an envelope marked CRAFT not later than Friday, 16 June 2000 and MUST be accompanied by a cheque made payable to 'Provincial Dining Fund' AND a stamped addressed envelope. Early application is advised. Details of where to send your application may be obtained from your Lodge Secretary.

Brethren wishing to sit together are to ensure that their applications are forwarded in the same envelope. Brethren attending the luncheon will be allocated a seat in the Guildhall. Please retain your luncheon tickets for your Guildhall seat.
