The Symbols of the Tradition Each symbol is representative of a particular reality to which it is closely connected. The symbols of the Tradition refer to particular aspects of the Existence, seen and experienced as a way of being. Therefore, a Traditional symbol cannot be considered, in it's globality, only as a representation of a complex concept that cannot be described. Instead, the esoteric Symbols of the Tradition representan existential consciousness. The word Tradition proposes, first of all, a way of being as regards to the existence, that does not depend on historical time in which one lives, but rather on the relationship between the individual consciousness and lived experiences . This relationship is valid for every living being and unrelated to attained the interior levels. There are countless Symbols of the Tradition. Some of these, grouped in three great categories, propose many points of meditation for the person who is particularly interested in the research for a clearer consciousness of the meanings of the Existence. The three categories refer to the Symbols of Nature, in it's own globality, to the Symbols of the individual Nature, and to the Symbol of the Forces present in Nature. |
