2cansc1.GIF (3356 bytes) The Freemasonry Square and Compass. This particular style of the S&C displayed here has been adopted by several Grand Lodges in Provinces through-out Canada as their "official" Square and Compass symbol.
2trianb.gif (5367 bytes) The Symbol of the LODGE OF PERFECTION. The Delta enclosing the Hebrew Letter "Yod" as it appears on the fourteen degree ring.
2rosecro.GIF (3608 bytes) The Symbol of a CHAPTER OF ROSE CROIX is in the form of the Jewel of Chapter of Rose Croix, eighteenth degree. On one side a pelican feeding its young, on the other side a white eagle, wings extended, rising in the air: Compasses with the points extended 60°; A celestial crown: Within the compasses, a cross with a centred rose.
2cross.GIF (4609 bytes) The Symbol of a CONSISTORY shall be in the form of the Jewel of a Consistory. A Teutonic Cross in red enamel with the number 32 in gold on blue in the centre. Surrounded by a wreath of laurel leaves in green. Attached to the bars, four equilateral triangles of gold.
2eaglesr.GIF (4553 bytes) The Symbol of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry of Canada is a double-headed eagle, its wings displayed, surmounted by a Prussian crown, perched on a sword fessways Argent, hilt and pommel to the dexter. From the sword shall be draped a scroll bearing the motto:
"DEUS MEUMQUE JUS"

An Eagle Special:
You might enjoy reading a history of the Double Headed Eagle, called the "Double Headed Eagle of Lagash". It is the oldest crest in the world - 2,000 years prior to King Solomon.
