Congratulations to Bro. Tony Pope of Australia for being named the 1999 Phylaxis Man of The Year. His interest in Prince Hall Freemasonry and his outstanding paper "our Segregated Brethren: Prince Hall Freemasons" which appeared in issue XX 3.7 and his other works on our fraternity have been due to his fraternal love of Freemasonry. |
