Single $ 96.00 + 12.5% tax   *  Double $ 96.00 +  12.5% tax 

Triple  $116.00 + 12.5% tax   *   Quad  $136.00 + 12.5% tax

 

      In order to confirm your reservation, please guarantee your arrival with a major credit card.  Make check/money order payable to Hilton Charlotte & Towers.  Deposits will be refunded only if cancellation notification is given by 4:00 p.m., 72 hours in advance of scheduled arrival.  An early departure fee of $25.00 will be applicable to any guests departing prior to their scheduled date.  Guests will have the opportunity to change their departure date while checking in.

 

CHECK IN TIME IS 3:00 p.m. - CHECK OUT TIME IS 12:00 p.m.

 

        The Hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate early arrivals.  Should your room not be available when you arrive, you may store your luggage with the bell captain.

 

CUT-OFF DATE FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS IS June 18, 2000

 

      As long as rooms are available in the Group block, Group members are entitled to the Group rate prior to the Cut-Off Date.  Reservations requests received after the Cut-Off Date will be accepted on a space available basis at prevailing rates.

 

PARKING

 

      The Hilton Charlotte & Towers is located in the First Union Center, which owns the attached parking deck.  Therefore, free parking is unavailable.  However, 1/2price rates have been negotiated at this location and at a second parking deck directly across the street.
