Information When we come into contact with the information, we tend most of the times to devote our best attention to the explicit or explicable contents of the information itself. Also the form, through which the information is given, often attracts our attention, but in a much more indirect and, therefore, a lot less conscious way. The form, which is often accompanied by a style, predisposes us more or less favourably or unfavourably to the interpretation of the information. The form, therefore, represents another level of information that flows inside ourselves much more automatically than the explicit information which is controlled by our rationality. As the form is somehow linked to the "aesthetics", we can take into consideration the Art as a means of control of the form, that appears to be more adequate in this field than the rationality of the explicit contents. However, if we consider more carefully the nature of information, other and more important information may appear to our conscience that can help us overcome with awareness the discomforts and perturbations to which we are often passively exposed. Only by using our interiority can we attain a clear perception of the nature of the forces concealed in the information. |
