The Becoming

Traditionally, the Becoming is represented by a snake (Uṛboros) biting it's own tail. It also represents the Whole.

However one must understand that the does not represent the cosmos as it is generally understood. The Whole is considered by tradition under much wider aspects, above all from the "philosophical" point of view of the existence, of which the Becoming is the most important aspect. According to Tradition, the rules of the Whole make up the rules of Nature.

The four traditional Elements must be considered as possible points of manifestations and communications of the Macrocosm and Microcosm in the context of the Becoming. It follows that the four Elements have the same attributes as the existence. As such, they are able to be proposed as ways of being, which, however, to be correctly understood, suppose the acquisition of particular points of view by those who live them.
