Perception

Perception is a very vague term which is however clear to everyone. It halps us be conscious of facts and events which do not permit sistematic observations. Exactly for this reason it can represent sometimes very important and unrepeatable moments of our existence.

It is difficult generally to valuate the experiences which derive from perception. However, perceptions are a unique means for interior growth.

Even if there are no declared rules for sistematically cultivating the growth of our faculty of perception, the inner attention is an almost fundamental condition for such a development. This represents one of the attributes of discipline for interior work.

The growth of interior consciousness, due in part to the subtle nature of perception, refines perceptive faculties and brings attention to this sensibility.
