A workshop is a place where the "pieces" of the project are planned, worked on and made available for their destined purpose. To realize such operations one uses the utensils and instruments that seem the most suitable of those available. Sometimes it can be necessary to prepare new and more suitable instruments, Othertimes new cycles of working are invevted and developed. The masonic Symbol "workshop" contains not only the equivalent of the above-mentioned, referred to our inner being, but also considers the way of being of all those who are working there. To better understand, one must however consider that in the "masonic workshop" a precise and clear-cut separation of "pieces", instruments, utensils and workmen does not exist. The interpretation of the project is left to the Artists who donate their work in the workshop. Most times the piece to prepare is formed by the same Artist, who transforming himself, starting from the initial raw materials, succeeds in developing, with other artist's help, new and more efficient ways of working, which are made available to all those who are able to use them. |
