Freedom of opinion

The liberty of opinion represents an unsuppressible right for each human being that cherishes and values highly his own Dignity.

Considering that each of us aspires to an interior growth, it follows that the liberty of opinion represents also a Duty towards ourselves and Life.

Considering the Duty towards Life, it follows that there are precise Duties towards the liberty of opinion of other human beings, as they also participate to Life.

For the above reasons, all that can be put into effect to encourage and spread in a general sense the liberty of opinion, must represent one of the purposes of a free man's life.

Being the liberty of opinion closely linked to the freedom of information, it follows that all the means of information must be privileged that may put men in touch directly, offering them a free interpretation of the events of Life.
